This Paleo and Whole30 friendly coconut lime chicken is so flavorful, fresh and satisfying! It takes me back to a visit in Thailand several years ago!

Didn’t work for me - followed all the instructions but it turned out way too sour & otherwise completely bland (I added less lime that instructed because the amount seemed like a lot) I would NOT recommend you make this!!

Thought is was extremely bland for Thai food, I expected more exhilarating flavors and was disappointed. If you like your Thai food to have something more than zero spice/heat this recipe is not for you.

This was good, doubled it so it was a lot of lime, next time won’t double the lime juice so I can taste more of the coconut. Served it with pineapple rice 🍚😊

I added plenty of chilli as I like my Thai food hot, but as a base of a recipe, this was great. I will definitely make this again

This was delicious. The layers of flavors got better and better as we ate. Will definitely be making this fresh dish again.

This was great - but was definitely too sour. I added a little bit of sugar to the sauce to cut the lime tho.

I put a lot of ginger in there, oops. One of my limes was missing so had to substitute some lemon juice. Used canned coconut milk. It wasn’t bland at all. Ended up being pretty lemony, but that was my fault. I will be making this again. I think next time I will cook the chicken in the sauce, not one and then the other. Definitely make it with some rice or something to mix the sauce with.
