    This dish exceeded my expectations! I added shallot, garlic, and a bit of white wine with the mushrooms, and chicken broth instead of water. So many amazing flavors, I will definitely make again!

    This turned out very nice, I add homemade chicken stock to the quinoa and instead of spinach I used mustard leaves I was growing in my garden. I also added a red pepper for colour. I'd most definitely make this again!

    This was very good. I used chicken broth instead of water. I don’t use salt so I used a little no salt season salt and Mrs. Dash Garlic herb. I also added a pinch of thyme to the mushrooms and a sprinkle of low sodium Swiss cheese. My sister doesn’t like maple syrup so I substituted brown sugar.
